      <image:caption>Whatever it is in your blood or scent that attracts mosquitos - I have it.  And with everything these flying nuisances are carrying these days, I was paranoid. Over and over again I'd hear the annoying "neeeeeeeeerrrrrr" sound just as I was drifting off to sleep. So I'd be wide awake again, light on, watching, listening, then trying to swat it - swiftly yet silently.       <image:caption>I spend approximately 1.5 hours with you for your first balance. We start with a brief chat about your medical and lifestyle history and the difficulties you are currently experiencing. I may assess your posture and certain movements, then you lie on a massage table and relax, while I use muscle monitoring to investigate your issue and the areas where you need assistance. Kinesiologists are trained in a range of complementary therapies, including acupressure, nutrition, chiropractic techniques, trigger point and massage therapy, blood and lymph reflexes, counselling, colour therapy and chakra healing. Every session is different, and every treatment is specific to you and what your body decides it needs. I may massage certain reflex points, hold acupressure points, guide you through a meditation or facilitate some breathwork. We will discuss any thought patterns or limiting beliefs that show up along the way.  For homework, I may give you nutritional recommendations, lifestyle suggestions, or emotional coping strategies. It is a safe and non-intrusive technique and you will feel completely relaxed after the session.</image:caption>
